This service is exclusively extended to clients who grant explicit authorization through our digital intake portals, web schedules, or designated sign-up boxes.
Opting Out: Participants retain the right to terminate text communications at any time. To discontinue, transmit the single-word command “STOP” to the originating number. Upon processing your request, an automated text will be dispatched confirming your removal from the platform, after which all further transmissions will cease.
User Support: For system assistance or troubleshooting regarding text delivery, reply directly with the keyword “HELP” or forward your inquiry to our administrative inbox.
Billing & Network Conditions: Network providers assume no responsibility for dropped, delayed, or failed transmissions. Standard network text rates, data fees, and roaming tariffs established by your wireless provider remain applicable to all incoming and outgoing text interactions. Transmission volume is dynamic and directly tied to your active service tickets.
Eligibility Restrictions: Access to and enrollment in this text program is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or who possess the verified supervision and authorization of a parent or lawful guardian.
Hardware Drop-Off & Client Operational Mandates
By relinquishing any Device to Lookout Point LLC for diagnostic review or technical servicing, you acknowledge and agree to the following obligations:
- Security Access Permissions: You are required to disable all lock-screen security protocols or supply valid access credentials. This access is strictly mandatory to allow our technical staff to execute comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and verify post-service performance.
- Absolute Data Safekeeping: The preservation of internal files, applications, media, and configurations rests solely with you. You must execute a comprehensive data backup prior to surrendering your hardware. In alignment with our primary Liability Disclaimers, Lookout Point LLC disclaims all accountability for data corruption, file erasure, or system wiping during processing.
- Title and Legitimacy: You affirm and guarantee that you hold a clear legal title to the Device. We actively refuse to handle, evaluate, or optimize hardware flags as blacklisted, lost, or linked to unlawful acquisition.
Operational Discretion & Forfeited Property Clauses
- Assessment Discretion: Our technical staff retains unconditional authority to reject any service order following a physical assessment. Devices presenting catastrophic structural failure, hazardous battery swelling, or evidence of amateur modification may be declined at our sole discretion.
Point-of-Sale Settlement & In-Store Taxation
- Settlement Timing: Financial clearance for all diagnostic labor, hardware components, and service fees must be settled in full prior to, or at the exact moment of, physical Device release.
- Statutory Tax Allocations: All service fees and replacement parts are subject to standard state and municipal sales tax assessments, calculated according to the governing laws of the jurisdiction where the physical transaction is finalized.
